1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Anoworks (https://anoworks.app), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Platform Overview

Anoworks is a microjob platform that connects Clients (employers) with Workers (freelancers) to complete various tasks and assignments.

3. User Responsibilities

For Workers:

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You must have a valid wallet address for receiving payments
• You must complete tasks honestly and to the best of your ability
• You must respect client confidentiality and intellectual property
• You must not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation

For Clients:

• You must fund your account before posting jobs
• You must provide clear and accurate job descriptions
• You must pay workers promptly upon task completion and approval
• You must not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
• You must respect worker rights and provide a safe working environment

4. Payment Terms

Anoworks includes a 10% platform fee in each job. This fee covers:

• Platform maintenance and infrastructure costs
• Payment processing and transaction fees
• Customer support and dispute resolution

All payments are processed through Anoworks. Workers are paid in TRX after the client approves completed work.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Anoworks, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Anoworks and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Workers and Clients should be reported to Anoworks support team immediately. We will attempt to mediate and resolve disputes fairly. Our decision on disputes is final.

7. Account Termination

Anoworks reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anoworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

Anoworks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
