Platform Role

Anoworks (https://anoworks.app) acts as a marketplace platform that connects Clients who need tasks completed with Workers who are willing to complete those tasks. We provide the infrastructure, tools, and services to facilitate these connections.

Transaction Processing

All financial transactions, including job payments, worker earnings, and platform fees, are processed on Anoworks through crypto deposits and TRX withdrawals. Anoworks credits balances after confirmed deposits and pays workers from platform balance after approved work.

Fee Structure

Anoworks includes a 10% platform fee in each job. The remaining 90% is shown as the worker budget:

• 90% to workers: Shown as the worker share of the job budget after approval
• 10% platform fee: Covers operational costs, maintenance, payment processing, and customer support

There are no hidden fees or additional charges. The fee structure is transparent and clearly displayed before job posting.

No Banking Services

Anoworks is not a bank, financial institution, or money service business. We do not provide banking services, loans, or credit. All financial transactions are managed through your Anoworks wallet balance, crypto deposits, and TRX withdrawals.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their wallet credentials and account
• Verifying the accuracy of payment information
• Completing tasks as described and meeting quality standards
• Reviewing and approving submitted work before payment release
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Dispute Resolution

Anoworks provides a dispute resolution process to help mediate conflicts between Clients and Workers. However, we are not responsible for the quality of work delivered or the accuracy of job descriptions provided by Clients. All disputes should be reported immediately to our support team.

Limitation of Liability

Anoworks operates as an intermediary service. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or timeliness of completed work
• Communication or agreements made outside our platform
• Issues with blockchain networks, deposits, or withdrawals
• Disputes between Clients and Workers (we provide mediation but are not liable)
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts

Use of Service

By using Anoworks, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You will not use the platform for any illegal activities
• You understand the fee structure and agree to the 10% platform fee
• You are responsible for all transactions made through your account

Wallet & Payments

Anoworks uses crypto deposits and TRX withdrawals for payment processing. Users must provide a valid wallet address to receive payouts. Anoworks is not responsible for issues with third-party wallets, blockchain networks, or irreversible transfers, including but not limited to transaction delays, wallet security, or technical problems.
